Susan Ratcliffe is a licensed real estate associate broker in the Bridgehampton Office of Brown Harris Stevens where she has worked since 1997. Having lived in the Hamptons most of her life, Susan knows the area extremely well and offers her clients and customers unparalleled expertise on local real estate procedures. She possesses an extraordinary work ethic and prides herself on being honest and straightforward in her transactions. Susan has said that "in all my years working in real estate, I have never been bored. Every day presents a new challenge".

Prior to working in real estate, Susan worked in the restaurant and night club business. She attended Stony Brook University where she studied Liberal Arts. She currently lives in Bridgehampton with her husband, Bob. Together, Susan and Bob own a caretaking / house watching business. They enjoy boating, fishing, renovating old homes and spending time at their vacation home on the Eastern Shore of Virginia.
