Jeannette Schwagerl has been involved in residential design, development and project management for 25 years in New York City, the Hamptons and around the country. Prior to that, she had extensive international sales and marketing experience in the global telecommunications industry working for AT&T and Sprint. As an Amagansett homeowner for 29 years, Jeannette has come to know every corner of Hamptons' real estate and knows how to recognize and maximize value for both buyers and sellers. Her work in home design gives her extensive current knowledge of residential design trends and tastes. She is well suited to advise builders, buyers and sellers on how to create the look that attracts attention and how to identify potential in properties. She joined Brown Harris Stevens in 2008.
A native of Southern California, Jeannette graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Scripps College in Claremont, CA. She went on to earn a Masters of Arts of Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University in Medford, MA. She is an avid gardener, germinating flowers and herbs from seed each year and maintains an extensive organic garden. Concurrently, she loves cooking with fresh and local produce. Jeannette lives with her husband in Amagansett. She is involved in a wide variety of activities with her family ranging from church to boating, skiing, sailing, tennis, hiking and bicycling.
