Margaret was raised in Garden City and summered on the east end most of her life. “I always dreamed of relocating here full time,” and twenty years ago that dream came true. Margaret comes to Halstead Property with many years’ experience in the business sector, the last 20 working with the local business community and government. This experience gave Margaret an understanding of local laws and building codes.
Prior to moving to East Hampton full time Margaret lived in Manhattan and was Director of Product Development in the apparel industry, in both the retail and wholesale sectors. Having travelled extensively to the Near and Far East, India, Japan and Europe developing exclusive products for major companies, Margaret learned the art of negotiating contracts with global suppliers, the importance of listening and the priority of customer satisfaction. Having experience in personal property management and being goal oriented, Margaret has the expertise to achieve successful results for her clients. It is her aspiration to make your real estate dreams come true.
