Mikayla Mott, born and raised in East Hampton, epitomizes what young, energetic, adventurous and determined means. Having started her own business, Swim Hamptons, nearly a decade ago, Mikayla now endeavors to bring her entrepreneurial spirit to the Hamptons real estate market as a real estate agent at Town & Country Real Estate’s East Hampton office.

Years building Swim Hamptons, combined with her degree in public relations from the University of Florida, provides Mikayla with a skill set unmatched by many. Her vast network of clients is admirable. Her knowledge of Hamptons homes, having been in an out of hundreds, provides a strong foundation to build upon. Lastly, Mikayla’s effervescent, optimistic, live-life-to-the-fullest personality is the key to her success.

Always exploring new experiences and with an innate desire to learn, Mikayla is an avid global traveler. In addition, she is a certified scuba diver, certified yoga instructor, trained sky-diver, and trained water safety instructor. Her passion, however, is surfing at her second home in Nicaragua.
