Terumi has handled a diverse range of sales transactions, from lofts in Soho to Brooklyn townhouses, from apartments in the East Village to homes in Montauk. Having owned homes in NYC and Montauk for 20 years simultaneously, she knows these desirable markets intimately and enjoys working with clients seeking lifestyles that bridge the city and East End. Terumi began her real estate career over seven years ago selling in Manhattan and Brooklyn before finally making the leap to live in Montauk full-time. She's always had a natural talent for connecting sellers with buyers. Before getting her license, she had become a real estate "matchmaker" for friends, connecting those who were selling with those who were buying. As this passion grew, she decided to take the leap and dedicate herself to real estate full time. Originally from California, Terumi moved to New York City to pursue a career in acting. A common thread of her acting work was a deep interest in peoples' characters and empathy for their needs – an ideal set of skills for helping folks choose a place to live. In addition to her Montauk home, she owns a townhouse in Red Hook, Brooklyn. In her free time, Terumi loves to cook, surf, and garden. In the past, she has volunteered as an end-of-life doula and looks forward to getting more actively involved in her Montauk community in the very near future.
