After a long career in computer software in lower Manhattan, James decided to settle in Montauk full time - that was in 2001. Having always had an interest in real estate, he set his sights on launching a new career and started at the former Pospisil Real Estate. Since 2001 he has proven to be very successful as a real estate sales person.

James is familiar with residential properties as well as commercial properties.

James believes in giving back to the community he calls home and has been a member of the Montauk Fire Department since 2001.

James enjoys fishing, surfing and diving in the waters of Montauk.
