Dan is the longtime owner of a residence in East Hampton, and unquestionably an expert on the real estate market from Southampton to Amagansett. In addition to representing buyers and sellers here, Dan has purchased, lived in and flipped many houses along this desirable stretch of the East End.

Dan holds a NYS Brokers License. Real estate has been his sole career, and a rewarding one at that. He came to Corcoran with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, with a focus on retail and fashion brands. He worked at top firms like CBRE, where he held a position as Senior Vice President in the retail leasing division. Dan’s negotiation and deal-making skills— honed at the top of commercial real estate industry— exemplify his tenacity, savviness and loyalty. Raised in New Jersey and New Hope, PA, Dan moved to New York City in 1995 to attend NYU Stern School of Business, where he completed a double major in Economics and Finance. He enjoys spending time at his home out east as well as the co-op he owns at London Terrace in Chelsea, Manhattan. In his spare time Dan also loves giving back through volunteering, mentoring aspiring new brokers, and doing community work.
