About Elizabeth Galle
Elizabeth Galle guides and supports her clients every step of the way throughout the real estate process, whether buying a primary or secondary dream home, or selling a prized property on Shelter Island. Extremely knowledgeable, hardworking and solutions oriented, it’s no wonder that her clientele recommends her so highly and would never consider working with anyone else. A top-producing sales associate since 2001, Elizabeth enjoyed a very successful real estate career selling in Fairfield, Connecticut for 18 years before joining The Corcoran Group office in Shelter Island. Beautiful Shelter Island is and always will be her true home, where she grew up, and has owned homes for many years. Her first purchase there with her husband Michael was in 1989 while they were renting in New York City, and the second was in 2016, with both properties fully renovated under her supervision and aesthetic eye. Though Elizabeth has resided elsewhere, including Sao Paulo, Brazil, she is passionate about the island and loves selling real estate to clients who become neighbors. Among her many strengths is her deep understanding of the market, ability to identify her clients’ unique needs, creative staging and presentation of her listings to optimize appeal, and negotiating savvy to secure the best possible deal.
Licensed in New York and Connecticut, Elizabeth is also a member of the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), a Relocation Specialist, New Construction Specialist and Antique Specialist. Prior to real estate, she worked in TV Production in NYC, and attended the University of Minnesota. Elizabeth loves community involvement. She is a member of the Shelter Island Garden Club, Shelter Island Lion’s Club, and a Silver Beach Association Board Member. Her favorite pastime is spending time with family, particularly her wonderful husband, three adult children, and mother who still lives in the house Elizabeth grew up in.
