As a 34 year resident of Southampton Elyn brings a comprehensive understanding of the East End real estate market.  She has extensive knowledge of the area and the sale and rental markets. You can count on Elyn to understand the requirements of buyers & sellers because she has been on all sides of real estate transactions.   As a landlord, home buyer, seller, and tenant she has a unique understand of her customers & clients. In addtion to buying & selling she & her husband, have overseen numerous renovation projects and designed and general contracted their family home.

Elyn is the Founder of Mountainfilm on Tour Southampton, and the presenter of numerous film programs in Southampton.  As an active Board Member of The Southampton Arts Center she is commited to enhancing the arts in the East End community.
