Born and raised on Long Island, Denise spent her summers vacationing on the east end. After graduating from Fordham University and living/working in NYC for 20 years, Denise decided to make a change and bought a home in Hampton Bays where she's lived for another 20 years. Although she began her sales career in the Advertising/Publishing industry, Denise sold real estate in Brooklyn during the 80's boom and was involved with her families' construction business of flipping houses since the late 70's.
