Growing up in Queens with a father and two older brothers actively involved in investing and development, Daniel fell in love with real estate at a young age; along with the real estate bug, this early immersion allowed him to develop a nuanced understanding of all facets of the industry early on. He has been passionate about forging a real estate career path of his own ever since, and his current buyers, sellers, and renters immediately recognize—and benefit from—his sincere enthusiasm and firsthand knowledge. Using Corcoran’s Union Square office as a home base, Daniel specializes in residential sales, rentals, and investments throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn. He works with a wide range of clients, including families, first-time buyers, developers, and international investors. Prior to Corcoran, Daniel was a respected rental agent for a boutique brokerage in the East Village, where he immediately established himself as one of the firm’s top producers and eventually had his sights on a focus for sales. Daniel’s pre-real estate career includes co-founding UrbanBoard.com, which, under his leadership, grew from a small start-up in one college community to an exclusive online marketplace frequented by more than 10,000 users representing 18 universities nationwide. The experience set the stage for real estate in multiple ways; namely, by providing Daniel with an invaluable arsenal of entrepreneurial, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, all of which now allow him to understand and then achieve the goals of his current clients. Born and raised in Queens, Daniel graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a bachelor’s degree in International Business. He currently lives in Greenwich Village, and enjoys spending his time outside of work traveling, snowboarding, and playing tennis.
