Nydia Gaffey worked as a Human Resources professional for over thirty years before joining BHS in the Westhampton Beach office. She has always valued the importance of fostering relationships as she helped people navigate personal growth, tough decisions and life choices.

As a real estate agent, she strives for a personal connection to understand the needs of her clients and customers and to help them navigate the process of either buying or selling a home. She likes to empower her clients/customers to make decisions they will be proud of in what often are their biggest financial and emotional investments of their lives.

As a real estate investor, owning homes and investment properties, Nydia always had a very close eye on the market trends in the Hampton, New York City and Miami. Following real estate markets for many years was her only real hobby. Nydia was a seasonal resident of Westhampton for the last eight years and recently made it her full-time home so she could follow her passion for real estate and turn her hobby into a career.

Nydia is married with one daughter who lives in New York City. She loves hosting in her home for friends who live locally and out of town. In her free time, she also enjoys long bicycle rides, decorating and cooking. She and her husband Jim are affiliated with several non-profit organizations, fundraising and volunteering their time.
